Combining four manufacturing and distribution business divisions into one building can be a daunting task. Now try to do that and accomplish it in less square footage. That’s what First Companies and G&T Industries accomplished together with its new facility located at 1001 76th Street.

Utilizing a cube design on a smaller footprint but with higher 27 foot eave heights, the facility allows G&T to take advantage of more usable square footage through racking and vertical storage. The new building is 22,000 less square feet compared to its former facilities. The 205,000 square foot facility features cross docking through the use of 28 dock doors for shipping and receiving. The building’s interior includes many wall coverings that G&T Industries sells and durable easy to clean high performance paints.
