Assisting the team with everything from site acquisition to building layouts, First Companies was able to provide a 50,000 square foot facility that met their requirements. The facility, housing administration, manufacturing, and light assembly, features an eye-catching glass curtain wall in the front of the facility, skylights in the manufacturing area allowing for natural light, and an outdoor patio area for employees. The facility is a blend of pre-engineered steel and glass accents.
