CRAIG BAKER – Vice President

A graduate of Reformed Bible College, Craig has been with First Companies since 1990. While at First Companies, Craig has served in various capacities, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Estimator, prior to his promotion to Vice President. Craig has gone on to receive the prominent distinction of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). As a CCIM, Craig is part of an elite 6% holding this title among commercial realtors nationwide. Translating this distinction to the construction side of operations means Craig has demonstrated knowledge outside the norm for this industry. Whether it’s expansion capabilities or achieving a desired look at a reduced cost, realizing the impact  of upgrades to the bottom line of a facility to possible exit strategies, Craig has the unique knowledge and experience encompassing all facets of construction, real estate, and property management.  As the Vice President of First Companies, Craig is responsible for our planning and estimating departments, as well as supervising key team members.
