CRAIG SCHROEDER – Project Manager, LEED AP

With seven years of construction industry experience, Craig works as a project manager for First Companies. In addition to his years of service, Craig is a LEED Accredited Professional (AP) who holds his bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering & Management from Western Michigan University. Craig works with our clients to first translate their ideas and needs for their work space to construction drawings. He then ensures those thoughts are implemented on site.

Long before the dirt is moved, I'm part of the pre-construction process helping to select subcontractors and materials, meticulously watching costs, planning logistics, and various other details. Working with clients through this process, moving from drawings to a structure, it's gratifying to see owners involved in their project and excited about all of the details."
